OUR HISTORY
Established by Dr R.K. Gupta and Dr Madhu Gupta in 1980,  Gupta Maternity Hospital is the first private nursing home in Kapurthala. It has been redefining Obstetrics and maternity care for last 40 years. It is dedicated to the care of women and newborns.

At Gupta Maternity Hospital, we provide personalized care to women of all ages whether young , adolescent in reproductive phase of life or in menopausal/ climatric phase. We understand that different age groups put different demands on women’s health and we cater to all these demands and diseases with utmost compassion and care.

We have a state of art,  Gynaecological laparoscopic surgery unit performing all major endoscopic/minimally Invasive surgeries on day care basis. Most of the patients are admitted and discharged on the same day and others on the next day of their laparoscopic surgery.

Gynaecological Endoscopy/Keyhole surgery is a surgical field of expertise which uses optical instruments to diagnose and treat female disorders and pathologies without cutting open the abdomen. Three to four small holes are made to perform surgeries like hysterectomy (removal of the uterus),  Myomectomy (removal of fibroids), ovarian cystectomy (removal of ovarian cysts) Salpingectomy ( cutting of fallopian tubes), Laparoscopic vault fixation for prolapsed uterus, etc.
